The 2009 "High Road to Success" conference will feature sessions presented by four Sage business partners, all who are in-the-field practitioners and well-versed in the day-to-day challenges faced by not-for-profit organizations.

Jeannie Huckstep, CPA
Huckstep & Associates, LLC
Jeannie and the Huckstep & Associates, LLC firm have been a leading provider of Sage MIP Fund Accounting software since 1993. The firm also works with the Sage Abra HRMS products, and has developed extensive integration tools. Jeannie has personally been involved with over 200 successful implementations of Sage MIP and manages over 300 customers. Her experience with these implementations, as well as her background as a CPA, contributes greatly to her skills in the project management area. Jeannie is currently treasurer of the Sage Leadership Alumni Academy Association, is a member of the Information Technology Alliance (ITA), a member of AICPA, and both the Missouri and Michigan societies of Certified Public Accountants.
Shirley Siler, CPA, Software consultant and Certified Trainer
Ziegner Technologies
Since 1994, Ziegner Technologies has been helping organizations like yours measure success while implementing targeted software solutions. Ziegner Technologies serves nonprofit's, state and local agencies, and associations around the world.
Shirley Siler joined Ziegner Technologies in November 2003. In addition to MIP implementations and training, she acts as a liaison to the nonprofit community in the Austin area.

She started as a Customer Support Representative at MIP in 1992. Phone support, customer training and employee training were just a few of the diverse areas where Shirley applied her combined knowledge of nonprofit's, accounting and computers. In 1996, when the Windows product was being developed, she became Manager of Quality Assurance where she worked closely with system analysts, programmers, testers and technical writers. Pam Parker, Sage Abra Senior Consultant
Huckstep & Associates, LLC

Pam Parker has been a professional consultant for productivity software since the era of the “prehistoric” IBM PC in the late 1980s, specializing in the area of human resources and payroll. She has been an Abra consultant since 1988.
After earning her BA in Accounting from Texas Wesleyan University near Fort Worth, Pam spent over a decade in for-profit corporate accounting, and five years with fund accounting for not-for-profit organizations. 
Her consulting experience includes more than a dozen years in designing, implementing, and training for accounting, human resource, and payroll systems. In addition to her Sage Abra focus, Pam is also certified in Sage MIP and AWC software.
